If you really want to get the speeds supported by this drive, you need to get a good heatsink on top of it. It was my mistake i put it as my secondary drive without any heatsink on the back of the motherboard.

It continuously got throttled and speeds were much much slower than you would expect. i have ordered a thin 5mm heatsink which will fit behind the motherboard, but i dont think it will make much of a difference.
