5. Can I change my order?
You can always change your order before you checkout – just go to the shopping bag and you can add or remove items.
If you have already checked out, please contact us via email and we’ll do our best to change your order before it is shipped.
6. My order has already been shipped, but l need change my address – how can l do this?
Unfortunately, we are unable to make changes to orders that have already shipped. If it still hasn’t shipped, please contact us at sales.ultimatepcbuilder@gmail.com to change your address and other shipping options.
7. Regarding Return & Refund
- Orders can be cancelled from the time when they are placed until before shipment, and the full order amount will be refunded.
- If you want to cancel the order after shipment, we can try to intercept the package. However, interception fees may be incurred after the package is successfully intercepted. If there are such fees, the refund amount will be: the total order amount minus the interception fee.
- If the courier reports that the interception is unsuccessful, then you need to return the package to us after receiving it. The buyer shall bear the shipping fee for sending it back, and the refund amount of the order will be: the total order amount minus the shipping fee for the order shipment. For example, if the total order amount is $210 and the shipping fee is $10, the refund you will receive is $210 – $10 = $200.
